The rules of the club.

These terms are between you and Symbaiotic Consultancy F.Z.E ("we"), which operates The Agency at theagency.global. By claiming a number you accept them.

Membership

Membership is free. Everyone who verifies an email receives an agent number and a pass. Numbers are sequential, permanent, non-transferable and never reissued. One number per person. Clearance into the inside of the club is granted by us at our discretion, in intakes, and may be declined or withdrawn.

Your pass and codename

Your pass is yours to show and share. The pass design, the name The Agency and the Symbaiotic marks remain ours. Choose a codename that is not another person's name, a mark you do not own, or anything abusive; we may ask you to change one.

Referrals

Your link is for inviting people you know. Referrals count only when the person verifies an email. Farming referrals with fake or disposable accounts, paid sign-ups or automation forfeits them and may end your membership. Perks for referrals are revealed by us when we choose; none is promised.

Conduct

No harassment, impersonation, scraping of agents' data, or use of the club to spam, sell or recruit without our agreement. We may suspend or revoke a number for breaches, with the number retired.

Apps that sign you in with your pass

Third-party apps using Sign in with The Agency are built by their own developers, not by us. We show you what each app asks for and you decide. Developers must follow the developer rules at theagency.global/developers; apps that misuse passes are cut off.

No financial promotion

Nothing on this site is an offer, solicitation or advice to invest. Any future opportunities would be made available only under their own terms and the law that applies to them.

Liability

The club is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability to you is limited to one hundred US dollars. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Changes and ending

We may change these terms with notice in a briefing and on this page. You may leave at any time by asking us to remove you; your number is retired. We may end the club with reasonable notice.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and disputes go to the courts of the emirate where we are established, without prejudice to rights you have as a consumer where you live.
